Analytical system for managing town cadastre data

Business Challenges

The town cadastre organization processes large amount of information. So the information monitoring becomes the important task for organization work. The used information is heterogeneous and may change from time to time. It is supposed that information can be accumulated and be modified under the influence of new data. The system was considered to generate different reports on the gathered information. Besides it was necessary to connect information with spatial localization using Geo Information Systems (GIS) technologies. One of the tasks included development of the system that allows working with branches.

Information storage had to be distributed between client's offices and the coordination of data transferring to be controlled by the central server.

Summary

We developed a powerful system allowing not only to automate and speed up the process of database populating but also improve information protection as the information is stored on several network computers. This helped to create complicated reports generated on the basis of collected data and visualize the entered information using GIS technologies. Currently our application is used by the town cadastre and is periodically upgraded when new requirements to information processing are presented. Also new reports for statistical data representation are linked up using the modular architecture of the system.
